A Chest PA (Posteroanterior) X-ray is the gold-standard imaging test where the X-ray beam passes from your back to your front while you stand facing the detector. It is the most common radiographic view used to quickly evaluate heart size, lung infections, fluid accumulation, and rib injuries.
