Free PSA

A Free PSA test is a blood test that measures the amount of prostate-specific antigen (PSA) that circulates unbound in the bloodstream, rather than attached to proteins. Combined with Total PSA, it calculates a Free-to-Total PSA ratio, helping doctors distinguish between benign prostate conditions and prostate cancer.
