ASO TITRE ( ASO )

The ASO (Anti-Streptolysin O) titre test is a blood test that measures antibodies your immune system creates to fight Group A Streptococcus bacteria. It is primarily used to detect past or recent strep infections and to check for post-streptococcal complications like rheumatic fever or kidney inflammation (glomerulonephritis).
